Bramble cottage is a deceptively large, light and airy cottage arranged over two floors.

Entrance is through a single glazed door into a modern clean kitchen. Units are solid oak with round stainless steel sink and drainer. Kitchen is well equipped with electric ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, larder fridge and microwave. Adequate cutlery, white china and glasses, cooking utensils, pots pans and roasting dishes, everything needed for a simple meal or cordon bleu dinner. Slate flooring.

High chair, cot and stair-gate provided.

Steps leading down to large light and cosy lounge. Two large sofas with matching chair and footstool, extremely comfortable, with large cushions to match. TV with Sky Freeview and DVD/CD player. An electric wood burning effect fire adds a cosy atmosphere on those cold chilly evenings. Floor is oak with central heating radiators to lounge and kitchen area.

• Twin bedded room Two single beds, wardrobe an chest of drawers. Slate flooring.
• Bathroom White bathroom suite, electric towel rail. Slate flooring.
• Double Bedroom with white en-suite shower room, electric towel rail. Slate flooring.
• Both rooms are light and airy with luxury feather duvets and pillows, good quality towels and bedding (polyester duvets and pillows on request). Beach towels are not provided.
• Underfloor heating on lower ground floor.
• Tumble drier and freezer are housed in outbuilding within the courtyard setting.
