Hawthorn cottage is a large modern cottage set on two floors with a galleried bedroom on a third floor.

Galleried bedroom with en-suite shower room. Bedroom has a superking size bed with luxury duvet and pillows. Two chests of drawers. Screening is provided for privacy. Solid oak flooring. White en-suite with shower cubicle, centrally heated towel rail, slate flooring. Central heating radiator in bedroom.

Open planned lounge, dinning and kitchen. Two large cream leather sofas with a single chair making this a great room for relaxing. Large double doors leading out to private patio area within the shared garden. TV with Sky Freeview plus a DVD/CD player. An electric wood burning effect fire adds a warm cosy atmosphere on a cold chilly evening. Solid oak flooring.

Large dining table and chairs in dining area leading into a well equipped kitchen. Belfast sink, solid wood worktops, electric hob and oven, microwave, larder fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Plenty of cutlery, while china, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils and roasting dishes, a great kitchen to prepare food in. Central heating radiators. Slate flooring.

• Twin bedded room. Two single beds with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Slate Flooring.
• Bathroom. White bathroom with a separate shower cubicle with power shower, electric towel rail. Slate tiling flooring.
• Double bedroom. Superking size bed with twin mattresses, large chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. En-suite shower room with electric towel rail, slate flooring.
• Under floor heating is provided for all lower ground floor.
• Luxury feather duvets and pillows with good quality linen and towels provided. (polyester duvets and pillows can be exchanged if requested. Beach towels are not provided.
• Highchair, Travel cot and two stair gates are provided.
